Public warning as thunderstorms to hit Oxfordshire TODAY

The public was previously warned that spells of heavy rain, lightning and even hail were possible this afternoon (Monday, May 12).
This led the Met Office to issue a ‘yellow warning’ for the whole of Oxfordshire with thunderstorms now expected to hit.
While temperatures are set to remain high, substantial showers are expected across Wales and the South of England, with the potential for thunderstorms between midday and 10pm.
